Booking terms and conditions for Reflexology courses enrolled with Luna Glow Training.

- Non-refundable deposit required immediately upon course booking.
- Payment methods: Secure payment link or Bank transfer.
- Confirmation of course attendance upon receipt of non-refundable deposit.
- Final payment due 3 weeks before the course.
- Minimum age requirement: Attendees must be 18 years or older.
- Attendance expectation: Students must attend booked date.
- Unattended bookings: Luna Glow Training may consider future course placement.
- Course rescheduling: Due to insufficient numbers or unforeseen events.
- Rescheduling at mutually agreed time.
- If rescheduled and dates not agreed refunds are entirely at the discretion by Luna Glow Training.
- Cancellation or changes: Luna Glow Training reserves right to cancel, alter date/venue.
- Application discretion: Luna Glow Training has the right to decline applications.
- Health and safety compliance: Candidates must adhere to policies and regulations.
- Practical courses: Some courses require students to practise treatments on each other. Alternatively, students may bring a model to practise on. Luna Glow Training will provide models where needed and on one to one training.
- In the event that Luna Glow training is unable to source models for the time of practical sessions Luna Glow Training may ask students to obtain own models for practical training.
