Reiki (pronounced “Ray-Key” ) is an alternative/complementary therapy. Japanese in origin, it comes from the words Rei (universal) and Ki (life energy) and is the vital life source that runs through all matter.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan and is now practiced worldwide.
This Reiki First degree Level 1 training course in Bristol is designed to teach you the skills and knowledge necessary to eventually become a professional Reiki practitioner.
However, First degree Reiki is about you and your own spiritual and healing journey.
The training typically involves a combination of theoretical and practical coursework, including the history and principles of Reiki, the hand positions used in Reiki treatment, and techniques for sensing and channelling energy.
Reiki training may range from a few days to several years, depending on which level you are completing. Reiki training may also provide you with personal benefits, such as increased self-awareness, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection to the universal life force energy.
Reiki masters and practitioners channel this “universal life force energy” to heal not only humans but animals and plants.
First Degree Reiki Course Bristol will allow you to open up to this life force energy and it will help with your own self healing. Once completed on the first degree you can then go on to second degree which will show you how to help others.
Victoria first started her Reiki journey back in 2004. Victoria has always had a natural affinity to nature, animals, healing and complimentary treatments/therapies. Reiki has been a part of Victoria’s life for as long as she can remember. And from a young age knew the healing powers of reiki. Victoria is now a Reiki master and able to pass on the knowledge of Reiki and train others.
This Reiki course is run over 2 consecutive days.

Reiki Course Information – Terms and Conditions
- Free parking
- Please bring own lunch but some light refreshments will be provided.
- All students will receive a training manual.
- Please wear comfortable clothes, sensible flat shoes and hair tied back
- Certificate will be awarded at end of 21 day dairy account.
- There is a non-refundable booking deposit fee of £50.00
- If you pay in full but change your mind at a later date the booking fee of £50 is non-refundable
- You can secure your place with a deposit fee and you will then need to pay the full amount 3 weeks prior to attending.

Reiki Practitioners Level Course Bristol – 4 Days –
This course must be taken if you are wanting to become a Reiki Practitioner and to treat clients.
The Reiki Practitioners Level Course is taken 8 months to 1 year after completing level 2
You can only take the Reiki Practitioner Level course once you have completed Reiki First and Second Degree.
