Throughout the course, you will learn fundamental techniques for self-healing cultivating a sense of compassion and harmony within yourself.
Level 1 attunements, play a pivotal role in aligning you with the flow of Reiki energy, enabling you to serve as conduits for healing and transformation. As you embark on this Reiki journey at Level 1, it will take you on a a path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, embracing the healing potential that lies within and embarking on a journey towards holistic well-being.
This course is designed to teach you the skills and knowledge necessary to eventually become a professional Reiki practitioner. However, you can still do this course if you are interested in Reiki and want to know more, but have no intention of providing treatments. You can use this in your own everyday life to help with your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
First Degree Reiki Level 1 is about you and your own spiritual and healing journey. When enrolling on this course you will see for yourself the benefits of using the reiki energy in your everyday life, understand how to use energy safely and be amazed at how reiki energy will take you on a special journey with yourself. Enriching your life on all levels.
First Degree Reiki Course Bristol will allow you to open up to this life force energy and it will help with your own self healing. Once completed on the first degree you can then go on to second degree which will show you how to help others and deepen your understanding of reiki energy.

- Please bring own lunch but some light refreshments will be provided.
- All students will receive a training manual.
- Please wear comfortable clothes, sensible flat shoes and hair tied back
- Certificate will be awarded at end of 21 day dairy account.
- There is a non-refundable booking deposit fee of £75.00
- If you pay in full but change your mind at a later date the booking fee of £75 is non-refundable
- You can secure your place with a deposit fee and you will then need to pay the full amount 3 weeks prior to attending.
